Omolola Oyewumi is a leadership coach, possibility strategist, an activator, cloud security enthusiast and a believer. She inspires and helps career professionals to dream bigger dreams, get unstuck and achieve the impossible, through her coaching, mentoring and accountability support programs.
She is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member and a Certified Life Coach from the Brave Thinking Institute. She is the founder of Grow2Become Solutions – a personal development and consulting platform providing valuable resources to persons of color especially women. She wants to see women rise.
Omolola graduated with a Magna Cum Laude in Computer Information Systems (MSc) from Prairie View A&M University, Texas, USA. She holds a first degree in Computer Engineering from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. Omolola is a member of The International Society of Female Professionals (ISFP). She works at a leading tech giant company as a Product Manager in the Cybersecurity space.
Omolola’s superpower is inspiring leaders, young professionals, and entrepreneurs to be more than mediocre as they step up to new levels of dimensions in terms of opportunities and responsibilities. Through her charity organization– Mighty Oak Meadow Foundation, she is initiating a movement to take girls who hawk out of the street by providing support for their education and empowering their parents.
Omolola finds fulfillment in volunteering for initiatives that speak to her core. She serves as a mentor and inspiration to many people around the world. She is an author of two books. In her free time, she reads, records podcasts, writes, and researches. Omolola is vivacious with her children and husband.

Debola Deji-Kurunmi is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, ministry gift, public policy advisor and transformational coach for visionary leaders. Through her work of coaching, consulting and capacity building, Debola deploys her extraordinary gift of unlocking potential in people, institutions and nations.
She is Founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company (a multi-subsidiary professional coaching practice), Executive Director at Ideation Hub Africa (a public policy and impact advisory firm) and President at Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance and FIREBRAND Movement (both non-denominational Christian Ministries).
Called to ministry in 2003, DDK operates as a prophetic voice and equipper for the Body of Christ, gracefully stewarding strong teaching, prophetic and apostolic dimensions of her spiritual calling. Her burden is to see revival in the nations, and present saints mature in Christ Jesus, who are valiant vessels, voices and visionaries for God's Kingdom Agenda.
At Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, she oversees a non-denominational Christian ministry, with over 2, 500 partners across 10 countries, providing Scriptural guidance, spiritual discipleship and leadership development to believers and ministers. The Alliance is a network of ministries including the Kingdom Leadership Institute, FIREBRAND Movement and Kingdom Women Global Alliance, providing spiritual discipleship, ministry training, leadership conferences, book publishing, medical and welfare missions as well as mentorship outreaches to Secondary Schools and Higher Institutions, directly reaching several tens of thousands globally in the last 11 years.
Through FIREBRAND Movement, DDK leads a Bible School which has discipled and graduated almost 4, 000 students from its various Programs and hosts FIREBRAND Revival Festivals across cities. In the FIREBRAND Book Series, she has published the very beloved classic, FIREBRAND, as well as FIREBRAND Forerunners, Prayer Journal, 90-Day Devotional and the Psalms.
An author of 21 books till date, she is lovingly regarded as an influential Christian leader, equipping 21st Century Kingdom Saints into both godly consecration and marketplace influence; across her different assignments.
DDK is married to her lover, Pastor Deji Kurunmi and together, they joyfully lead the Nigerian Missions of The Baptizing Church.
Funke Felix-Adejumo, is the President of the Funke Felix-Adejumo Foundation, and a High Performance Coach at FFA Matrix Centre, a total-life management coaching firm helping individuals and corporations unlock their innate potentials. She is a Female Enthusiast and Philanthropist. Her unique unction and utterance has endowed her to the hearts of millions of people that have listened to her at conferences and seminars around the world.
She has a great passion for womanhood with a divine purpose on earth, “Honouring God and Blessing Humanity”. This vision has transformed into many works such as the Grace Orphanage, Karis Life Hospitals, FFA Resort Centre, Widows’ Empowerment Scheme, Lepers’ Care Program, and many others. Her foundation is dedicated to making worldwide impact, with a special call to restoring dignity to womanhood and equipping women from all over the world. She is a recipient of many honors by reputable global institutions, such as the distinguished Award of Outstanding Contribution to Women in the Commonwealth.
